Commercial Manager

We want to grow further and are looking for a full-time commercial personality to support our managing director by January 1st, 2022, at the latest

Your tasks:

  • Supporting the CEO in the preparation and implementation of strategic measures
  • Carrying out target-actual comparisons as a basis for decision-making for the managing director
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Controlling financial management (weekly cash planning, forecasting, and budgeting, investment planning, etc.)
  • Contact person for tax consultants, auditors, banks, and insurance companies
  • Contract management
  • Advising the CEO on personnel law issues
  • Personnel requirement planning incl. acquisition, preparation of employment contracts and references, etc.
  • Carrying out monthly wage and salary accounting

Your profile:

  • Business studies and first professional experience in a comparable position
  • Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Confident use of IT, good knowledge of MS Office, DATEV advantageous
  • Good use of English
  • German fluent
