Our molding processes cover a wide range of solutions
Hand ramming: first choice for the most complex shapes and/or low volumes. 12,000 basic shapes and over 20,000 formats - these are just two figures for this incredibly extensive branch of production. Through hand stamping, we produce the most complex shapes for you, even in small quantities. Even filigree geometries with thin wall thicknesses can be realized - the possibilities are almost inexhaustible.
Hydraulic presses for efficient series production. We manufacture products that are required in large quantities on hydraulic presses. Our hydraulic presses permit a wide range of press pressures. With the existing 1,500 molds alone, almost 2,000 different products can be manufactured. High precision through modern technology makes this process very reliable.
Vibratory presses for more demanding geometries. Six vibratory presses ensure productivity and flexibility in this molding division. More demanding geometries are produced here. 150 already existing molds enable the production of 200 formats at this point.
Casting: Casting: Casting is particularly suitable for all round, spherical and cylindrical workpieces. Moreover, very large workpieces up to 1000+ kg can be realized by casting.
For this purpose, we master vibration casting manufacturing processes.Our specialists also realize new molds efficiently and with high precision for your application. For this purpose, we can rely on our in-house mold construction, consisting of carpentry and locksmithery. Because everything is "under one roof", we can guarantee you the highest quality at the best prices.
Drying and firing: Optimized for the most demanding product characteristics
Our computer-controlled drying systems guarantee excellent results due to freely programmable drying cycles based on temperature and humidity.
Our firing technology is just as individual as the product itself. The wide range of our different firing units enables firing processes to be tailored to requirements. Depending on the material and geometry as well as the special requirements of our customers, we have the option of firing at temperatures of up to 1,800°C.
Finishing, quality control and logistics:
Depending on the requirement profile, ready-fired products are drilled, ground or cut. Our trained and experienced employees process the product in such a way that it meets even the most demanding application.
According to our claim, only first-class products leave our production. Before the product is used, we check all quality-related parameters. Our team of experienced quality controllers and laboratory technicians ensures the applicability and reliability of the products.
